All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 7 Jul 2005 Emma Armstrong ANADARKO Funeral for Emma Armstrong, 69, Anadarko, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Red Stone Indian Baptist Church, south of Anadarko, with the Rev. Bridge Chuckluck officiating. Prayer service will be from 7-9 p.m. today, followed by an all-night wake following at the church. Mrs. Armstrong died Sunday, July 3, 2005, at a Lawton hospital. Burial will be at Red Stone Cemetery under direction of Comanche Nation Funeral Home. She was born Feb. 26, 1936, to Clark Redhorn Sr. and Ruby Kodaseet Redhorn. She married Franklin Delano Armstrong on March 15, 1954. Survivors include her mother; her husband, of the home; six sons: Bear Armstrong, Elgin; Delford Armstrong, Norman; Tim Armstrong, El Reno; Mitchell Armstrong, Anadarko; Allen Armstrong, Lawton; and Ben Duncan, Tucson, Ariz.; four daughters: Stella Vaughan, Anadarko; Sylvia Bosin and Josephine "Jo" Armstrong, both of Lawton; and Clara "Toni" Armstrong, St. Paul, Minn.; a brother, Clark "Pete" Redhorn, Sells, Ariz.; a sister, Rita Donahue, Laveen, Ariz.; 33 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
