Officiating was the Rev. Craig Denslow with the Rev. Johnny DeYong assisting. Burial was in Apache's Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Crews Funeral Home of Apache. Mrs. Boydstun was born 21-Jul-1912 in Winfield, Kansas. She married Orville R. Boydstun 21-May-1941 in Apache. She moved to Oklahoma in a covered wagon with her parents. She began teaching school in 1932 in a one-room schoolhouse. She taught at Stony Point, Doyle, Mountain View, Elgin and Apache. She retired in 1977 from the Apache school system. She was a member of the Oklahoma Retired Teachers Association, the Apache Quilting Club and the First United Methodist Church of Anadarko. Survivors include her husband of the home and many nieces and nephews.
