Burial will be held in Ethete's Friday Cemetery under the direction of the Wind Dancer Funeral Home of Ethete. Oklahoma arrangements were handled by the Smith Funeral Chapel of Anadarko. Bell was born 11-May-1948 in Arapaho to Robert Albert Bell and Margarett Trosper. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and his memory will remain with all his street friends and family in Anadarko. He enjoyed all his new friends and all the kindness shown to him in Anadarko. He was very artistic and creative. Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister. Survivors include two sons, James Bell of Rollings and Robbie Bell of Shashowie; two grandsons; three brothers, Butch Trosper, Cedric Shakespear and George Bell; two sisters, Ellnore Trosper and Judith Bell Peery; his stepmother, Juanita Piper and lots of nieces and nephews.
