Officiating was the Rev. A.L. Swagerty. Burial was held in Apache's Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Crews Funeral Home of Apache. Mrs. Black was born 12-Sep-1941 in Apache, Caddo county, Ok. She married A.W. 'Badger' Black 21-Jun-1958 in Apache. She lived in Apache most of her life, until three years ago when she and her husband moved to Carnegie. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Apache. Preceding her in death was one son, Randy and one grandson, Tanner. Survivors include her husband of the home; three daughters, Carol Ann Black and Patricia Kay Jenis, both of Apache, Ok., and Candace Black of Carnegie; one son, James Lynn Black of Apache; one daughter-in-law, Verna Black of Cyril, Ok.; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Johnny Love of Canada and Raymond Love of Apache; several aunts, uncles and other relatives.
