Mr. Black died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, in Lawton. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Apache, under direction of Crews Funeral Home. He was born Dec. 20, 1938, near McAlester to Noble W. and Onie Black. He married Carolyn Wallin on July 15, 1960, in Apache. He was employed by Dolese Brothers and worked as a mechanic at the Cyril plant. He was a member of Anadarko Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Debbie Gwaltney, Olathe, Kan.; two sons: Steve Black, Anadarko; and Mike Black, Apache; four grandchildren; a brother, Noble W.
