All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 21 Jun 2002 Linda Nell Brewster CARNEGIE — Funeral for Linda Nell Brewster Taylor, 56, Carnegie, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Carnegie Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Dicky Wilson officiating. Mrs. Taylor died Wednesday, June 19, 2002, at an Oklahoma City hospital. Burial will be at Carnegie Cemetery under direction of Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home, Carnegie. She was born July 14, 1945, in Carnegie to Charles Edward and Maude LoDeeme Miller Brewster. She lived in Carnegie until she married Kenneth Joe Taylor on April 4, 1961, in Eakly. They lived in Eakly until 1986 when she moved to Oklahoma City. She worked at Grace Living Center for 13 years and then retired and moved back to Carnegie in February 2001. Survivors include a son, Harold Dewayne Taylor, Carnegie; two daughters and sons- in-law: Kaye and David Farris, Sentinel; and Terry Louise and Glenn Balch, Moore; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Edward and Betty Brewster, Portland, Ore.; and Harold and Vicki Brewster, Oklahoma City; five sisters and three brothers-in-law: Anne Mae Zimmerman and Faye and Ivan Ratliff, all of Carnegie; Florence Mills, Martle Creek, Ore.; Joyce and George Gatlin, Dumas, Texas; and Maxine and Ray Bennett, Wynnewood; two grandsons: Frank and Avis; four granddaughters: Kimmer, Heather, Tera and Mary; other relatives and many friends.
