Keith Haerer, pastor, officiating. Mrs. Brown died at her home in Apache on January 13, 1996. She was born August 7, 1938 at Tuttle, Oklahoma and married Donald Y. Brown on March 12, 1974 at Anadarko. She worked as a medicine nurse at Friendship Manor in Anadarko for five years retiring in 1977. They moved to Apache in 1976. Mrs. Brown was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband, Don, of the home; one son, Lane Brown of Elgin, Ok.; two daughters, Traci Wills of Apache and Linda Braun of Plato, Minnesota; one granddaughter, Candi Brown of the home; six grandchildren and one sister, Charlene Sheeler of Oklahoma City, Ok. Burial was in Fairvew Cemetery, Apache, under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
