Officiating was Rev. Roger Willis. Burial was in the Gracemont Cemetery under the direction of the Smith Funeral Chapel of Anadarko. Brummell was born 11-Jan-1921 in Gracemont to William and Lois (Stephens) Brummell. He married the former Flora Faye 11-Nov-1939 in Anadarko. He lived and worked in the Spring Creek area. He lived for a short time in California. He was a member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church of Gracemont. Preceding him in death was his wife; one son, William Ray Brummell; and one daughter, Sharlett L. Brummell. Survivors include two sons, one daughter, 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, one brother, and two sisters.
