The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ===================================================================== Surnames: Cobbs, Burlison, Oneal Sarah Jane Cobbs April 26, 2000 Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, 29-Apr-2000 at the Smith Funeral Chapel for Sarah Jane Cobbs, 89, of Anadarko, who died 26-Apr-2000 in Oklahoma City, Ok. Officiating was Rev. Phil Thompson assisted by Ed Scott. Burial was in Binger's Murray Cemetery under the direction of the Smith Funeral Chapel of Anadarko. Mrs. Cobbs was born 15-Jul-1910 in Lesley, Arkansas to Lewis Alexander and Elter A. (Oneal) Burlison. She married Roy Cobbs 19-Jan-1935 in Cogar, Caddo county, Ok. She was a member of the Cannon Baptist Church and had been a member of the Senior Citizens Group for over 20 years. She was a volunteer school teacher. Preceding her in death were her husband, her parents, her half-brother, Perry Burlison and one grandchild. Survivors include two sons, three daughters, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great- grandchild.
