All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Bertile Pyburn Coats MORTON - Bertile Pyburn Coats, 79, of Peoria, Ariz., a former Morton resident, died Saturday, March 22, 1997. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Morton Memorial Cemetery with Jim Pyburn, son and Church of Christ minister from Frisco, officiating. Arrangements are by Ellis Funeral Home. Mrs. Coats was born in Kiowa County, Okla. She married Kenneth Pyburn in 1933 at Anadarko, Okla. He died in 1973. She married Olin Coats in 1979 at Lubbock. He died in 1981. Mrs. Coats was a resident of Morton until moving to Peoria 12 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ at Glendale, Ariz. She also was a member of the Rebekah Lodge for 25 years and an auxiliary volunteer at Mary Bale Samaritan Hospital in Glendale. Survivors include two sons, Bobby Pyburn of Hobbs, N.M., and Jim Pyburn of Frisco; a daughter, Madge Parsons of Peoria; nine grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
