Mrs. Davis died Monday, 11-Dec-2000 in Oklahoma City, Ok. Officiating was the Rev. Dale Weeks. Burial was in the Fort Cobb Cemetery under the direction of the Fort Cobb Funeral Home of Fort Cobb. Mrs. Davis was born 03-May-1951 to James and Ann Ruth (Bartee) Ellis in Houston, Texas. She married Johnny Davis 29-Dec-1969 in Galveston, Texas. She was a member of the Fort Cobb Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Preceding her in death was her mother, and one brother, Roger Dale Ellis. Survivors include her husband of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Angela Davis of Fort Cobb; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Rebonna Gabehart, Mandy and Casey Lee, all of Fort Cobb and Lamonica and Dusty Sanders of Borger, Texas; four grandchildren, Wyatt and Stormy Gabehart and Erica and Talon Davis; three sisters, Linda Wawardfsky and Monica Ellis, both of Hempstead, Texas, and Carolyn Hargett of Tomball, Texas; three brothers, Jimmy Ellis of Kirbyville, Texas, Spencer Ellis of Willis, Texas and Timmy Ellis of Houston, Texas and her father of Tomball, Texas. --------------------------------------------------------------------
