Burial was in the Binger Cemetery under the direction of the Gragg Funeral Home. Duncan was born 16-Apr-1904 at Fairfax. He married 18-Jan-1926 Jean DuBois. He was a retired farmer and rancher. He was county commissioner for 18 years in District I and served as road overseer for 10 of those years. He was a school board member for 10 years at Britton School, chairman of the board of county commissioners, a member of the Farmers Gin Board for 30 years, a member of the Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge. Preceding him in death were his parents, five brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife, one daughter, one grandson, one granddaughter, four great-grandchildren and one sister. --------------------------------------------------------------------
