Elmo L. Ellison

SHAMROCK - Elmo L. Ellison, 87, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in First United Methodist Church 
with the Rev. Terry Lowe, pastor, and Joe G. Jernigan, pastor of Calvary 
Christian Fellowship, officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. in Spring 
Creek Cemetery in Spring Creek, Okla., by Wright Funeral Directors.

Mr. Ellison worked 35 years for United Carbon Co. of Shamrock, which later 
became Ashland Chemical, with whom he retired. He was a member of First 
United Methodist Church of Shamrock.

Survivors include his wife, Dorotha; four grandchildren; and seven great-
grandchildren.
