Farris 29-Sep-1985 Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, 02-Oct-1985 in the Cyril Assembly of God Church for Robert F. Farris, 73, 410 N. 1st, Cyril, who died 29-Sep-1985 in Oklahoma City. Rev. Bill Muilendurg, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Cement Cemetery under the direction of the Cyril Funeral Home. Farris was born 12-Jun-1914 in Tom Green County, Texas to Robert and Maggie Givens Farris. He married Lota M. Whitfield 24-Jul-1931 in Shawnee, Ok. Mr. Farris came to Caddo county in 1933 from Shawnee. He moved to Cyril from Cement in 1951. He was an oil field worker until 1970 when he retired. From 1971 to 1975 he was the custodian in the Cyril Schools. He was a member of the Cyril Assembly of God Church. Preceding him in death were three sons, Robert, Kenneth and L.B. Farris; and his parents. Survivors include his wife, two sons, two brothers, three sisters, nine grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. --------------------------------------------------------------------
