Gilman APACHE — Funeral for Walter L. Gilman, 82, Apache, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Oak Street Church of Christ with Roy Young and Paul Jackson officiating. Mr. Gilman died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, in a Carnegie hospital. Burial will be at Cache Creek Mission Cemetery under direction of Crews Funeral Home. He was born Nov. 11, 1920, on a farm west of Apache. He married Clela Moser in May of 1940. He enlisted in the Army and served in Korea. He was a member of Church of Christ. He was a welder and pipe fitter and was a member of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union Local No. 447 in Sacramento, Calif.
