All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Fairview Cemetery--Apache OK Lawton Constitution 4 Mar 2003 Lucille Oaks Graffis CYRIL — Graveside service for Lucille Oaks Graffis, 85, Cyril, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery, Apache. Mrs. Graffis died Sunday, March 2, 2003, at her home. Arrangements are by McRay's Cyril Funeral Home. She was born July 23, 1917, in Cyril, to Edward "Dutch" Henery and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Schmidt Henery. She graduated from Cyril High School, and has been a longtime resident of Cyril. She graduated from Oklahoma College for Women, Chickasha, and became an English teacher. She taught in California, Alva and at Oklahoma College for Women. She married Robert "Bob" Graffis in June 1967 in Omaha, Neb. She was a member of the Catholic Church and the Oddfellows Lodge in Anadarko. Survivors include her husband, Cyril; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Lawrence "Dutch" and Bonnie Henery, Cedarvale, Kan.; and ValDean and Peggy Henery, Cyril; five nieces and their spouses: Sue Norlund, Blue Springs, Mo.; Connie and Mark Lutonsky, Jann and Randy Wilson, Christy and Patrick Johnson and Mary Reardon and fiancé Bobby Bowman, all of Cyril; two nephews: Joe Reardon and his wife, Judi, Fletcher; and Edward Nick Henery, Sacramento, Calif.; many great-nieces and great-nephews; and several special great-great-nieces and nephews.
