All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Fort Cobb Cemetery--Fort Cobb OK Lawton Constitution 1 May 2003 Josephine Ellen Hupp ANADARKO — Funeral for Josephine Ellen Hupp, 77, Anadarko, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Fort Cobb-Hackney Chapel with the Rev. Amon Harjo officiating. Mrs. Hupp died Monday, April 28, 2003, at an Anadarko nursing home. Burial will be at Fort Cobb Cemetery. She was born Jan. 6, 1926, in Fort Cobb, to William D. and Grace Thomas. She attended school at Alfalfa, and was valedictorian of her 1943 graduating class. She married Herman Hupp in California, and they moved to Oklahoma in 1983. She received a bachelor's degree from Fresno State University and one from the University of Texas. Survivors include her husband, of the home; a son, John D. Hupp, Fresno, Calif.; two brothers: William "Bill" Thomas and his wife, Mildred, and Roy G.
