Travis Wollenberg, pastor, officiating. Heavin died 21-Feb- 1994 in Oklahoma City, Ok. Burial was in the Celestial Gardens Cemetery in Cyril, OK. under the direction of the Binyon Cyril Funeral Home. Heavin was born 10-Sep-1902 in Dent county, Mo. to Gordon Minett and Minnie Belle (Weber) Heavin. He came to the Anadarko area as a child. He married 24-Dec-1926 Ella Lee Royston in Anadarko. They lived in Verden and he worked for the Verden school system for 20 years. He had lived in the Cyril-Cement area since 1968. He was a member of the Cyril First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Dorothy Doughty and Gladys Moser.
