Officiating was Rev. Linda Pope, pastor. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery at Apache under the direction of the Crews Funeral Home of Apache. Hayes was born 28-Jun-1906 near Alden. She married Pete Monroe Fry 19-Jul-1926 in Anadarko. He preceded her in death 24-Aug-1965. She married Lyman T. Hayes 17-Jan-1967 in Dallas, Texas. He preceded her in death 18-Nov-1984. She had lived in the Apache area all her life. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Apache. Preceding her in death, besides her husbands, was one daughter, Carolyn Rose Ellison. Survivors include two granddaughters, four great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and three sisters. --------------------------------------------------------------------
