Harriman Graveside service for Leta J. Harriman, 81, Lawton, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Harriman died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004, in Lawton. Arrangements are under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. She was born Feb. 15, 1923, in Anadarko to Harry Lee and Vergya Masterson Stewart. She grew up in Anadarko and attended school there, graduating from Caddo County School in 1939. She moved to California, where she lived for many years, until moving to Lawton in 1988. She married Delbert Harriman on Dec. 1, 1953, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died Feb. 23, 1987. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Dohna Harriman, McDonald, Tenn.; three daughters and a son-in-law: Alice and Randy Clinton, Walters; Gene Monnie, Shelbyville, Ky.; and Lisa Harriman, Lawton; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Irma Stewart, Stillwater; two sisters: Thyra Betts, Lawton, and Jessie Fabing, Lompoc, Calif.; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
