Jones, 50, of Los Angeles, Ca. died 07-Feb-2001 in Los Angeles. Officiating was the Rev. A.G. Burrus, pastor of the Greater First Baptist Church in Anadarko. Cremation was handled by the Evergreen Cemetery and Crematory in Los Angeles, Ca. Jones was born 30-May-1950 in Oklahoma City, Ok. to James and Carrie (Shelton) Jones. He moved, as a baby, with his parents to Los Angeles. He attended school there and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1968. Preceding him in death were his parents; grandparents; three uncles and three aunts.
