Kinnebrew died 08-Nov-2000 in Wichita Falls following a lengthy illness. Officiating was the Rev. Don Wright, pastor. Burial was in Anadarko's Memory Lane Cemetery under the direction of the Steverson Funeral Home of Anadarko. Kinnebrew was born 15-Sep-1928 in Anadarko, Ok. to Paul and Josephine Kinnebrew. He married the former Dorothy Bakus 05-Aug-1953 in Dallas, Texas. They resided in Dallas for 35 years before moving to Wichita Falls. He grew up in the Broxton community and attended Broxton School. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, Tex. and received his degree in petroleum engineering at the University of Houston in Houston, Tex. He was employed by Halliburton Energy Services, the Railroad Commission of Texas Oil and Gas Division, and Texas Instruments in Dallas. For the past 30 years he had been a consulting petroleum engineer and an independent oil and gas operator. Preceding him in death was his mother, Josephine Phillips and his parents, Paul and Mary Kinnebrew; one son, Jerome Kinnebrew; two sisters, Edith Standridge and Julie Maxine Everett, and an aunt and uncle, Dan and Mamie Kinnebrew.
