Jack Lee

MULESHOE - Jack Lee, 95, died Monday, April 28, 1997.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in New Vision Church of the Nazarene 
with the Rev. David McIntire, pastor, and the Rev. Jeff Coffman, pastor of 
Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Muleshoe Cemetery 
by Ellis Funeral Home.
Mr. Lee was born in Locksburg, Ark. He lived in Gracemont, Okla., before 
moving to the Muleshoe area in 1951.

He married Myrtle Maxwell in 1941 at Soper, Okla. She died in 1993. He 
also was preceded in death by two sons.

He was a farmer and a Baptist.

Survivors include two sons, Matt Lee and Jerrell R. Otwell, both of 
Muleshoe; a daughter, Ivy Walden of Rush Springs, Okla.; a brother, Roland 
Lee of Vernon; 12 grandchildren; and numerous greatgrandchildren.
