Burial was in Memory Lane Cemetery under the direction of the Smith Funeral Chapel of Anadarko. Lacer was born 28- Jun-1921 in Anadarko to Lewis Franklin and Ruth Vivian (Jones) Lacer, Sr. He married in 1959 Marcenella Jordan. He graduated from Anadarko High School in 1940. He and his brother, Wilford, along with their father, owned and operated Lacer's Blacksmith Shop in Anadarko. He and his wife owned and operated Lacer's Indian Store in Anadarko. Before that they owned the Frosty Mug. He was a WWII veteran receiving the World War II Victory Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal and the American Theatre Ribbon. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Masonic Lodge #21 in Anadarko. Survivors include his wife, six sons, two daughters, 27 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one brother and one sister.
