All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lynn, Leslie Jefferson Anadarko Daily News Oct. 1937 # 464 Taken from Memorial Record Book Funeral services for Leslie Jefferson Lynn, age 28, of Washita, who died at 2AM Tuesday at the Anadarko Hospital will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Washita Baptist Church with Rev. A.P. Bryan (Rev. John R. Kelly) (Newspaper has Kelly, book says Bryan) of Anadarko, Officiating. The Anadarko Funeral Home will direct burial in the Anadarko Cemetery. Young Lynn had been a patient in the Anadarko Hospital about ten days. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Lynn of Washita. Four brothers, Fred, M.D., and E.B. Lynn all of Washita, and Jesse of Binger. Three sisters Alene Holdge of Washita, Edna Fredrickson of Anadarko, and Emma Upton of Washita. Also his wife Lela and one son Milton. Mr. Lynn was by occupation a farmer. Honorary bearers; W.B. Hobbs, John Boydstun, W.S. Reedy, Carl Miller, Fred Beall and Frank Beall. Songs sang: What a Friend, Rock of Ages, God be with you till we we meet again.
