Linneman Given Today Funeral services were conducted this morning, Thursday, at the Baptist Church in Apache with Rev. Russell Murrell officiating, for Cappy Linneman, who died in Marlow at 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 12, 1961, after an illness of three years. He was born in Watertown, SD, May 15.1886. He moved to Washington with his parents where his mother died when he was one year old. He and his father moved to Norman, Indian Territory, Oklahoma where his father died when he was 14 years of age. After this he made his home with foster mother, Mrs., Sally Hoover. He was married to Calia O'Delia Swinford in 1908 in Norman. They moved to Carnegie- Ft. Cobb area 50 years ago. He moved to Apache after he retired. His wife preceded him in death January 20, 1946. He is survived by two sons, Earl Linneman of Apache and Harold Linneman of Wichita, Kans., and one daughter, Mrs. Delphine Moore of Pensacola, Fla., three granddaughters, seven great grand children and his foster mother, Mrs. Hoover of Noble. He was a member of the Baptist Church of Apache. Burial was in the IOOF cemetery in Norman at 2:00 pm this afternoon. Crews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Tom Manar, P.A. Sims, Collins Sexton, Roy Aldridge, Troy Aldridge and Ben Moore.
