Rev. E.T. Cooprider, pastor, and Rev. Robert Edde, Jr., of Weatherford, officiated. Mrs. McCalla died Friday, March 2 in a Weatherford Nursing Home. Internment was in the Carnegie cemetery under the direction of R.L. Lockstone Funeral Home of Weatherford. Mrs. McCalla was born in Boone county, Arkansas, June 11, 1887. She came to Oklahoma with her parents in 1899, and first settled near Mountain View. They later moved to the Carnegie-Alfalfa community. She was married to D.F. McCalla in Plano, Oklahoma, near Mountain View on June 28, 1905. They resided in Washita county, near Carnegie, from 1948 until 1963. She was preceded in death by her husband in May 1952. She made her home with her daughter Mrs. Velma Reid of Weatherford since 1963, until ill health forced her to enter a nursing home in 1968. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Velma Reid of Weatherford, four sons, Truman of Santa Anna, Calif., Rudell of Oklahoma City, J.
