Burial was in the Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko under the direction of the Smith Funeral Home of Anadarko. Mayall was born 31-Dec-1940 in Gracemont, Ok. to Curtis and Ruth Mayall. He married 29-Jul-1970 Pearl Heiselman in Davenport. He worked as a truck driver several years while living in Stroud, Ok. After suffering a heart attack he moved to Colorado where he resided until July 1992 when he returned to Anadarko. He was preceded in death by his parents.
