Burial followed in the Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko under the direction of the Smith Funeral Home of Anadarko. Miller was born 03-Feb-1894 in Akins, Sequoyah co., Indian Territory to James Lemuel and Florence (Sanders) Miller. He married 14-Jul- 1912 Dora Ann Presley in Akins, Sequoyah co., Ok. He was a member of the Cherokee Indian Tribe, and a former owner of a service station located south of Anadarko. He later worked as a station attendant in an Anadarko service station. He was preceded in death by his father and one son, Franklin. Also by one brother, Thomas Franklin and two sisters, Hettie Lulu (Miller) Lessley and Vivian Jocie (Miller) Townzen. Survivors include his wife, sons, Grady, R.B., Carney, Jewell J., Adren, Donald and daughters, Dorothy (Miller) Singleton and Nadine (Miller) Wyatt.
