All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Letitia Cemetery--Letitia OK Lawton Constitution 20 May 2004 Harold Miller Funeral for Harold Miller, 86, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sullivan Village Church of Christ with Rodger Schwenn, minister, officiating. Mr. Miller died Tuesday, May 18, 2004, at a local hospital. Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery, east of Lawton, under direction of Becker Funeral Home. He was born July 13, 1917, in Apache to Robert Daniel and Truda Jessie Johnson Miller. He married Gertrude McCormack on May 21, 1935, in Apache. She died May 26, 1972. He then married Virginia B. Philpott. He worked at P-A Chevrolet and Howard Smith Ford in the 1950s and 1960s and then opened his own auto repair business in 1967. He was a member of Sullivan Village Church of Christ for more than 40 years. Survivors include his wife; a son, Joe B. Miller, Lawton; a sister; Jessie Mae Parker, Tulare, Calif.; a daughter-in-law, Kaye Miller, Lawton; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons: Jimmy H. Miller and Kenneth W. Miller.
