Burial was in the Carnegie cemetery under the direction of the Stanley-Lee Funeral Home. Moore was born 17-May-1930 in Chickasha, Grady county, Ok. He married Carol L. Fuller. His family moved to Carnegie in 1944 and Moore graduated from Carnegie High School in 1948. He continued his education at the Carnegie Junior College where he graduated in 1951. In 1952 he was employed by TG&Y as second assistant manager in Norman, Cleveland county, Ok., and was manager of the Anadarko Store until 1977. He then moved to Clinton and operated the Sears Catalog Store with his wife until 1991. He also owned and operated the Clinton Arts and Crafts Mall. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School and was active in the church choir.
