All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Memory Lane Cemetery--Anadarko OK Lawton Constitution 13 Dec 2003 Gerald Nation Sr. ANADARKO — Funeral for Gerald Nation Sr., 68, Anadarko, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Bethel Baptist Church, Anadarko, with the Rev. Ray Weathers officiating. Mr. Nation died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at an Oklahoma City hospital. Burial will be at Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, under direction of Smith-Hackney Funeral Home, Anadarko. He was born Dec. 10, 1935, in Cement, to John M. and Viola Rodgers Nation. He married Carolyn Oliver on Oct. 7, 1955, in Tallassee, Ala. He served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was employed at Western Farmer's Electric Cooperative from 1966 to 1984 and at Apex from 1985 to 1998. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
