John Palesano officiating. Burial will be in Memory Lane Cemetery. Mrs. Noland, a double amputee and a resident of Friendship Manor, received severe burns June 6 when she dropped a cigarette into her apron. Although a nurse was in attendance, she suffered third-degree burns over 60 percent of her body before the fire could be extinguished. She was born March 11, 1900 in Missouri. Mrs. Noland is survived by one daughter, Martha Shirey of Fillmore; one brother, Patrick H.
