OSWALD Funeral services for Victor E. Oswald, 89, of Chickasha, former Broxton resident are pending at the Crews Funeral Home Apache. ========= Chickasha Express-Star Sunday, 30 October 2005 VICTOR E. "VIC" OSWALD Mr. Oswald was born on November 3, 1915 North of Gotebo to John C. and Bertha M. Oswald and passed away at his home in Chickasha on October 27, 2005. He married Loyce E. Shipton on June 30, 1936 in Wichita Falls, TX. He farmed his entire life until he retired in 1999 when he moved to Chickasha from Broxton. He was a member of the Oklahoma Farmers Union. He is survived by his wife, Loyce, of the home; two sons: John and his wife Rebecca Oswald of Double Oak, TX; Don and his wife Connie Oswald of Chickasha, OK; two daughters: Vickie Deck of Oklahoma City; Verna Black of Cyril, OK; 9 grandchildren: Cynthia Richmond, Jeremy Oswald, Jenna Oswald, Jason Pollard, Megan Pollard, Heather Pruitt, Tiffani Dragg, Dustin Oswald, and Kory Oswald; 8 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; one brother: Dan Oswald of Ft. Cobb, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters: Bertha Lewis and Mary Pollard, one son: Robert Oswald, three brothers: Fred, Pete, and Arthur Oswald, and one sister: Martha Betche. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2005 in the First Baptist Church of Apache with Rev. A. L. Swagerty officiating.
