Powell Services for former Anadarko resident Raymond R. Powell, 78, of Phoenix, Az., will be held Friday, April 16, 1999 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Phoenix. Powell was born and raised in Anadarko. He was the son of Perry and Mary Powell. He graduated from Anadarko High School and served in the United States Air Force during WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife Ophelia. his parents and his brother George Powell.
