Pinezaddleby October 06, 2000 LAWTON--Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, 11-Oct-2000 at the J.J. Methvin United Methodist Church in Anadarko for William B. Pinezaddleby, 71, of Lawton who died 06-Oct-2000 in Chickasha, Ok. Officiating at the service were the Rev. Alvin Deer of Oklahoma City, Ok., the Rev. Bill Stoneroad of Midwest City, Ok., and the Rev. Philemon Goombi of Anadarko. A prayer service was held 10-Oct-2000 in the Steverson Funeral Home Chapel in Anadarko. Burial was in the Saddle Mountain Cemetery, located southeast of Mountain View, Ok., under the direction of the Steverson Funeral Home Chapel of Anadarko. Mr. Pinezaddleby was born 27-Oct-1928 in Lawton, Comanche county, Ok. to David Frizzlehead and Mary May (Stumblingbear) Pinezaddleby. He grew up in the Alden community and attended Alden School and Riverside Indian School located north of Anadarko. He was employed at the Oklahoma City Indian Health Clinic for several years and moved back to Anadarko about 13 years ago when he retired. He was a member of the J.J. Methvin United Methodist Church in Anadarko. He enjoyed singing gospel music, and fishing. He was an avid reader and a fan of all sports. Preceding him in death were his parents; two brothers, Charles and Horace Pinezaddleby; one son, William B. Pinezaddleby Jr., and one daughter, Catherine Joyce Pinezaddleby. Survivors include one son, Charles Pinezaddleby of Apache; one daughter and son-in-law, Rose and Walter Janec of Monroe, Utah; two granddaughters, Charlene Trujillo of Anadarko and Pauline Whitney of Marietta, Calif.; one great-grandson, Andrew Nathaniel Whitney of Marietta; one nephew, John David Pinezaddleby of Anadarko; one niece, Mary Ann Zumwalt of Anadarko; and one brother, the Rev. Robert Pinezaddleby of Anadarko.
