Burial was in the Little Elm Cemetery under the direction of the Cantrell Funeral Home. Parham was born 15-Dec-1921 in Anadarko, Caddo co., Ok. to Joe and Laura Green Parham. He married in 1958 in Durant, Ok., Louise Willenborg. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers, two sisters and one son, Stanley Heine.
