Ellen Silvia Pittman

ANADARKO, Okla. - Ellen Silvia Gudgel Pittman, 67, formerly oF 
Childress, Texas, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000.

Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Steverson Funeral Home Chapel 
with Elder Terry Hobbs officiating. Burial will be in Gracemont 
Cemetery.

Mrs. Pittman was born and raised in Childress. She moved to Anadarko 
from Childress in 1968. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Olen Dee Gudgel, and 
by her second husband, Alonzo L. Pittman.

Survivors include four sons, Bonny Edward Gudgel of Elizabethtown, 
Ky., John Allen Gudgel and Paul F. Pittman, both of Anadarko, and 
Larry D. Gudgel of Beaver Creek, Ohio; four brothers, Robert L. 
Banks, Joseph L. Banks, Jerry Don Banks and J.B. Banks, all of 
Lubbock, Texas; a sister, Vernie Wright of Amarillo; a half-brother, 
Roy Hondashell of Childress; 12 grandchildren; and three great-
grandchildren.
