L.C. Roberts

L.C. Roberts, 83, of Amarillo, died Thursday, Oct. 9, 1997.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Memory Gardens Cemetery with 
the Rev. Glen Gamble of Forest Hill Missionary Baptist Church officiating. 
Arrangements are by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount 
Blvd.

Mr. Roberts was born in Cyril, Okla., and spent most of his life in 
Cement, Okla. He moved to Amarillo in 1977.

He retired from the Santa Fe Railway. He was a Mason as well as a member 
of the Khiva Shrine Temple.

Survivors include two brothers, E.G. Roberts of Amarillo and L.T. Roberts 
of Chickasha, Okla.; and a sister, Odessa Lee Hall of Marlow, Okla.

The family will be at 1212 N. Seminole. They request memorials be to Crown 
of Texas Hospice.
