Burial was in the Alfalfa Cemetery under the direction of Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home of Carnegie. Rexroat was born 02-Oct-1909 to William Silas and Martha Jane (Prescott) Rexroat near Aline in Alfalfa county, Ok. He married 17- Feb-1944 Doris Grissom in Fort Cobb. They lived in the Oney community, north of Anadarko, Ok. where they farmed and attended church at the Highland Methodist Church until 1949 when they purchased a farm in the Alfalfa community. They moved to Carnegie, Ok. in 1973. He moved with his family at the age of 12 to a farm near Colony, Ok. They later moved to a farm near Eakly, Ok. and lived there for three years. He was preceded in death by his parents, two half-sisters, Lindy and Lilly; one half-brother, Arthur Cook; three brothers, Lester, Chet and Lile Rexroat; and two sisters, Nona and Irene.
