Radford Is Heart Victim George F. Radford, 57, former Cowden boy and brother of Gordon Radford of this place, died of a heart attack in a Little Rock hospital at 11:30 p.m. Friday. He first suffered a heart attack Nov. 9. Radford was born at Cowden Dec. 12, 1896 and grew up in that community. He attended Southwestern State Teachers college at Weatherford. In the early 1920's he raised Aberdeen Angus cattle in Washita county. He married Jessie Wakefield of Cloud Chief. For the past 25 years the Radfords have lived in Little Rock where Radford traveled for a pump equipment manufacturing concern.
