Officiating were Rev. Lester Marsh and Rev. Charles Parker, pastor. Burial was in the Cement Cemetery under the direction of the Robbins Funeral Home of Fletcher. Riley was born 23-Sep-1906 at Granite, Greer county, Ok. to John Marion and Nancy Mae Stroud Riley. He was married to Minnie Lee Brown 24-Jul-1926. He came to Cement at the age of seven and resided there his entire life. He worked for the Texas Consolidated Oil Company for 18 years, retiring in 1959. Preceding him in death were two sons, Allen Ray and Hugh Donald; his parents; three brothers, Scrooch, Dick, and Walter; and one sister, Bertha Ely.
