Officiating was Rev. Marty Ingram. Burial was in Binger's Murray Cemetery under the direction of the Binger Funeral Home. Mrs. Sims was born 02-Dec-1928 in Anadarko to William Frederick and Opal Pearl (Powell) Allison. She married Merl Sims 15-Apr-1945 in Anadarko. She attended the Oney Schools. She was baptized at the Oney Baptist Church at the age of 14. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Binger. Preceding her in death were her father; one sister, Fayrene Allison Jones; her father-in-law, Lihu Sims; and her grandparents, John Cecil and Mary Jane (Buffer) Allison.
