Officiating was the pastor, Ken Bryant, of Colony, Ok. Burial was in the Carnegie Cemetery under the direction of Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home of Carnegie. Mrs. Sanders was born 22-Jun-1935 near Eakly, Caddo county, Ok. to Andrew Thomas and Dora Charlotte (Marshall) Miller. She married Robert Lee Sanders 21-Feb-1953 in Anadarko. She grew up in the Eakly community. After her marriage they lived in Carnegie where she was employed for 20 years as a cook at Turney's Cafe. Preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Hershell and Richard Miller; and three sisters Tommie Hill, Carol Morris and Ruby Petross. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Royce L. Sanders of Anadarko, Jack L. Sanders and Shanon L. Sanders, both of Carnegie; one daughter, Cynthia A.
