A memorial service for Florine Agnes Tester will be at 2 p.m. 
Tuesday at the First Church of the Nazarene, 1974 E. McAndrews Road, 
Medford. Pastor Kevin Gowland will officiate.

Mrs. Tester, 81, of Medford, died Friday (Feb. 23, 2001) at her 
home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Foster Grandparents 
Program, 1700 East Barnett Road, Medford, 97504.

She was born Dec. 21, 1919, in Anadarko, OK, a daughter of Chester 
and Agnes Williams.

Mrs. Tester moved to the Rogue Valley in February 1971 from San 
Jose, CA.

She was an active member of the Foster Grandparents Program for 15 
years at the Lincoln Elementary School in Ashland and enjoyed 
working with children.

Mrs. Tester also was an elementary and high school teacher until she 
retired.

Survivors include three sons, Guy, Medford, Lew, Talent, and Chet 
Tester, , CA; two sisters, Jo James, Yamhill, OR, Norma Overson, 
Novato, CA; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
