All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution April 23, 2002 Genivieve Teal [CADDO] 25 Oct 1928 - 21 Apr 2002 Memory Lane Cemetery ANADARKO — Funeral for Genivieve Teal, 73, Anadarko, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Anadarko, with the Rev. M. Price Oswalt officiating. Mrs. Teal died Sunday, April 21, 2002, at her home. Burial will be at Memory Lane Cemetery under direction of Smith- Hackney Funeral Home, Anadarko. A prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church. She was born Oct. 25, 1928, to Ernest and Mary Taylor in Washita. She graduated from St. Patrick's Missionary School in Anadarko. She married Raymond Teal Jr. on Dec. 1, 1951, in Wichita Falls, Texas. They traveled with the military to many places before moving to Anadarko 20 years ago. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Jeanetta Ledford and Doug Jones, Arkansas; and Cynthia and Allen Shipley, Colorado Springs, Colo.; three brothers: Tony Taylor, Oklahoma City, Monroe Taylor, Lawton; and Billy Taylor, Del City; and three grandchildren: Jamie Ledford, Sharon Ledford Trabert and Jennifer Shipley Parrot.
