Taylor The funeral for Florence W. Taylor will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Chapel, Medford. Pastor John Braund of Rogue Valley Medical Center Hospice will officiate. Mrs. Taylor, 93, of Eagle Point, died Tuesday (June 11, 2002) at her home. She was born July 15, 1908, in Fort Cobb, Okla. She moved to the Rogue Valley 50 years ago from Fort Cobb, Okla., with her first husband, Donald, who preceded her in death. On Jan 11, 1967, in Carson City, Nev., she married Robert "Wayne" Taylor, who died in 1998. Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker. She lived on a small family ranch for 25 years. She enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and traveling. Survivors include a daughter, Betty Strickland, Prospect; a sister, Romaine Dealy, Torrance, Calif.; two grandchildren; and one great- grandchild.
