Frank Mitchel and the Rev. Chip Faulkner officiating. Viewing will be until noon Wednesday at the Fort Cobb Funeral Home of Fort Cobb. Turney was born July 25, 1931 near Washita to Teddy Lee and Ida Branam Holdge and died Monday in Fort Cobb. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Teddy and one sister Hazel. Turney attended school at Washita and Gracemont and was a graduate of Gracemont and was a graduate of Gracemont High School. She had lived in Caddo County her whole life. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Fort Cobb, the Senior Citizens and the American Association of Retired Persons. She was named KRPT Mother of the year in 1995. Survivors include one son and daughter- in law, Everett and Doris of Monett, Mo.; two daughters and sons-in- law, Patty and Dennis Mace and Doretha and Roger Marrow, all of Fort Cobb; 10 grandchildren; three brothers, Odis Holdge of Gracemont, Alton Holdge of Fort Cobb and Theodore Holdge of Perry and one sister, Katherine Orrell of Fort Cobb. Burial will be in Fort Cobb's Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Fort Cobb Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Dwayne Holdge, Dennis Holdge, Larry Holdge, Ricky Holdge, Mark Holdge, Jerry Niece, Jimmy Niece, Billy Orrell, Ricky Tripp an Dicky Tripp. Memorial can be made to Community Hospice, 621 W.
