Services were held Saturday, July 17, 2010 at First Christian Church with Reverend Wayne Hollenshead officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Garden in Pampa, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Quanah. Mrs. Taylor was born in Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma on January 24, 1928 to the late James Carroll and Edna Rae (Jackson) Tramel. She was a graduate of Capitol Hill High School in Oklahoma City and received her nurses training in Pampa, Teas. Jessie Ray Taylor and Lillian Justine Tramel were married on September 4, 1947 in Oklahoma City and he preceded her in death in 1986. She was a former Borger resident and moved to Quanah in 1990 from Pampa. She was a retired LVN nurse and member of the First Christian Church. She is survived by Three Daughters: Cynthia Ann Parks, Pampa, Teas; Brenda Sue Simmons of Dimmitt, Teas; and LaDonna Mae Riley of Quanah, Teas; Two Soins: Dennis Ray Taylor of Weatherford, Teas and Clinton Lee Taylor of Pampa, Teas; Three Sisters: Edna Hodges of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma; Oleta Kitchens of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Loretta Jones, of Edmond, Oklahoma; Three Brothers: Darrell Tramel of Prescott, Arizona; Glen Tramel of Hemet, California; and Charles Tramel of Hudson, Ohio; Seventeen Grand Children, Twelve Great Grandchildren. Family suggests memorials be given to Hospice of Wichita Falls, P.O.
