J.C. Earl, Cyril, officiating. Assisting in the service was Rev. L.A. Earl, Sulphur, La., minister of the Lake View Assembly of God Church. Burial was in the Fletcher Cemetery where full military rites were held at the graveside by night navy men. Bobby Webb, 28, the son of Mrs. Delphene Webb, Cement, was killed last Tuesday six miles south of Irbine, Calif., near Long Beach, in an automobile accident which occured while he was returning to his naval base at San Diego. The accident took place about 6:30 a.m. when Webb's car and a car occupied by a man and a small boy, hit head-on. Webb had been on leave to visit his sister, Mrs. E.F. Johnson, ElMonte, Calif., and his mother who also was visiting there. Bobby Gene Webb was born in Cyril March 25, 1928. He attended Cement schools, then enlisted in the navy in 1946. Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Delphene Webb of Cement; three sisters, Mrs. E.F. Johnson, ElMonte, Calif., Mrs. Geneva Bookout, Cement, and Mrs. Nola Day, Cuba, New Mexico; also two brothers, Roland Joe Webb, U.S. Naval Air Corps, at Corpus Christi, Texas, and Homer Carson of Pauls Valley, Ok.
